Is pickup available?
Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your country and items you are interested in purchasing. Postage is based on weight and all items will be shipped from Sydney, Australia.
We ship to the United States and Canada via air mail, taking approximately 3-10 business days. Total flat rate is $178.95, including both the teepee and shipping. For all orders from the United States and Canada, please email us at email@example.com.
How will my order be packed?
We carefully pack all orders to ensure your item arrives to you in the best condition possible.
What if my order was damaged?
In the event that your item arrives damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2days of receiving your item and include pictures of your damaged goods.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel orders please contact us. If your order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has been shipped, we cannot authorise a cancellation.
